In July 2008 Jackie and I purchase a Durango 325 fifth wheel. This was our 5 travel trailer we purchase new. The purchasing of this unit was easy because it is well laid out and suited the need of our family. From filling out the credit application to the delivery to my house of the unit by Todd both of us were impress by your employee. So my experience so far was great at your dealership. Then come the time to really shine the all important service. This is where the others fail for one reason or another. As you know my unit was left at your location. In early February my oldest daughter and I were in Moncton we decided to check on the unit. It was inside for major repair. Your staff both came out and greeted us. They brought us in the back and I got a change to see the repair done. Your repair technician was on break but came to explain what he was doing and show me the work. I was very impress with his workman ship and the quality of material. My daughter on our way home commented dad when I am gong to purchase a trailer it will be from them, that is what you call good service. Also another acquaintance of mine also commented on the friendly staff and good service he received from your staff.

Hi Matthew



Wanted to say thank you to you and your team again for the great service. Lennie was in today and finished my warranty items with the trailer. Again he worked hard and answered all my questions beyond the items on the work order. Even gave me a few tips on how to care for it going forward.





May sound foolish but I cant wait to buy another trailer again so that he can service it again when something breaks. Now that the warranty is over, I will have to take it to you if there are any big items I can't fix myself.





We are enjoying the Durango by KZ and it was a great recommendation by you to move up to this from our Hornet.



Anyway look forward to dropping by when we are in your area, or at the RV show in Halifax if you come down next spring. Hopefully the show organizers will treat you better. There's lots of dealers there, but not all have the reputation for great customer service that you have.

I just wanted to send you an email about how grateful we are for the fantastic service you provided us. It is our only week vacation that we took together as a family this summer and we thought once our trailer broke down it was over before we even started. Because of you and the excellent service of Pine Acres we are able to have a great week and make some great family memories. Words can not describe how incredibly thankful we are to have purchased our fifth wheel from you. Thanks again Matt and tell the guys how thankful and very appreciative Joce and I are. We just purchased a new 2012 Cedar Creek 34RLSA last fall from Matt Brown. We ordered our unit the way we wanted and are in LOVE with it. We also priced this unit in the USA and could have save $1200 but VERY glad we didn't. Like any new unit we had some minor problems. we also encountered a Major Fridge issue whch required a replacement, No fault of Forest River or Pine Acres. However the service we recieved was first class and was looked after very promptly. We feel our unit is first class and are proud to tell people we bought from Pine Acres RV
